Scripture is clear - we are "called." We're not always sure what that means, but we know that Scripture says it, and so I believe it's true. All those in Christ are "called" by God, whatever it means.
We'll be talking more about this calling in our series starting in 2020, so I won't try to...
We look at sin in many ways: doing bad things, disobeying God, acting against God's will, fallenness, imperfection, just to name a few. All of these views have good merit. They all help us to see the nature of our sin.
One way that I am finding helpful lately is to look at sin as Unsurrender...
This Sunday (12/8/19), the worship time will include a strictly traditional carol sing.
The Congregation will have an opportunity to pick from a list of carols to sing. I hope I haven’t missed your favorite. I tried to make it as complete as possible.
We anticipate singing 4-6 carols...
Every dollar in your wallet, indeed every dollar in your bank, has passed through both evil and clean hands. Every single dollar. You have (most likely) never had a buck that has remained completely free from someone's avarice, evil intent, or pride.

There are a few projects around the house that need attention. They have for a while ... some for a few years. I just haven't gotten around to them. When something breaks and leaks water, I get right on that and (try to) fix it right away. But the other projects sit untouched, and in some cases...
A few of us serve in the "Listening Room" of our Monday night AWANA events. The Listening Room is dedicated just to helping clubbers memorize, recite, and understand their memory verses. We have the privilege of discussing Scripture with the children.
There are some clubbers who work on their...

If you are...

Starting on Sunday, August 25th, we will be introducing a new multi-generational class to the Sunday School hour (9-10am). I want to take a few paragraphs to outline the concept, objective, and topics for this class – in hopes that we might be able to...
